However, the building survived and has been used as an artist's studio since the 1990s. The apartment is bright and friendly and is on the ground floor. 4 steps lead from the corridor to the entrance. There is a key safe for contactless check-in next to the door. It has very high ceilings and the decor is a mix of baroque, colonial, mid-century and contemporary art. The works of young and established artists and design pieces have been lovingly put together by Viennese galleries, design and antique shops.

The main rooms have three windows facing the street and are flooded with afternoon sun. The kitchen window looks into a small designed atrium. The kitchen and bathroom are also newly renovated and equipped. Dishwasher, washer-dryer, stove with oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The bedrooms are spacious and furnished with large double beds. The bedding is made of exclusive linen.
